Town Board Emergency Meeting
February 2, 2026 at 9:00:00 PM
An Emergency Meeting was held on the above date for the Fowler Town Board to discuss the immediate
needs of the highway department with the sudden and unexpected passing of Highway Superintendent
Randy Durham on February 1, 2026, with all board members present.
2026 Town of Fowler Organizational Meeting
January 12, 2026 at 11:00:00 PM
The regular scheduled January Organizational Meeting was held on the above date, with four board
members present. Councilperson Bishop was not in attendance. Also present were Town Clerk Tami
Gale, Deputy Town Clerk Kimberly Reed, Highway Superintendent Randy Durham, Code Enforcement
Officer Glen Besaw, Town Justice Tim Knowlton, Assessor Chair Kathleen Besaw, Maintenance Worker
Byron Woodward, Code of Ethics Committee member Vivian Goodman, Richard Clement, and Deb
Walsh.

2026 Transfer Meeting
December 29, 2025 at 8:00:00 PM
The Year-End Transfer Meeting for the Town of Fowler was held on the above date with all Council members
present. Also present were Town Clerk Tami Gale, Bookkeeper Barbara Finnie, Highway Superintendent
Randy Durham, and newly elected Councilperson John Walsh.
