Additionally, there will be discussion of a Special Use Permit for a residential single purpose recreational program, for Kelly Ayen, owner of Muddy Lotus, LLC to operate Timbernook North Country NY, a-single purpose recreational program for children ages 4-12. on Parcel ID 187.004-3-8, at 65 Riverside Dr/prvt. All interested persons are invited to attend.

Empire State Mines, is building an access road to help transport zinc ore to its main plant on the other side of Sylvia Lake. That road will cross over East Shore Road and Pump House Road. On December 14, 2021, representatives from ESM met with over 40 citizens to discuss concerns about the project.
